The service

Fieldline is a software platform designed to help field businesses manage jobs, clients, quotes, invoices, and related workflows.

We may modify, update, or improve the service over time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fieldline.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Fieldline complies with applicable laws and regulations.

Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring information you provide is accurate and up to date

You agree not to share your login credentials with unauthorized users.

Subscription and billing

Fieldline is offered on a subscription basis.

• Price: $15 per month
• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis
• You may cancel at any time

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

Payments

If you choose to accept payments from your customers through Fieldline, payments are processed by Stripe.

Fieldline does not store payment card or bank information and is not responsible for Stripe’s services or fees.

Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe’s terms and policies.

User content and data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Fieldline, including client, job, and business information.

By using Fieldline, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Fieldline for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or systems
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service
• Upload malicious code or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Availability and uptime

Fieldline is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fieldline if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Upon termination, access to the service may be disabled and data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fieldline shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Fieldline in the previous 12 months.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fieldline from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of Fieldline constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
